Cylindrical roller bearings with one-piece cage

Cylindrical roller bearings with one-piece cage are intended for demanding applications where high carrying capacity and rigidity are required. Cages of these bearings are produced by cutting operations. They are solid without connecting elements and therefor capable of withstanding possible vibrations in arrangements. Cages are generally made of brass and guided on inner ring. Outer ring of the bearing creates together with the cage inseparable subunit. Bearings can be supplied with lubricating grooves on the rings’ faces.
