Chain pulleys

RRK chain pulleys by SLB are mainly intended for accommodating the forces exerted by the carrying chain of the high lift truck hoisting assembly. The “L” width of the race matches the width of the chain. The outer rings of the RRK chain pulleys by SLB are manufactured from case-hardening steel, the other load carrying components of the pulley are made of through hardening steel for bearings. RRK pulleys are capable of supporting considerable radial load as well as the occasional axial load exerted by the moving chain. RRK pulleys are supplied prelubricated with grease. The lubrication hole in the inner ring makes additional lubrication possible during operation. Internal space of the RRK pulleys is sealed from both sides by the means of rubbersteel or steel labyrinth sealing.
