RKS angular radial pulleys by SLB are designed for simultaneously supporting both the radial and axial forces experienced, for example, in the hoisting assembly of high lift trucks. Adjusting the optimum axial clearance in the hoisting assembly during its manufacture is facilitated by a supplied set of pads determining the final height “H” of the pulley. The outside surface of the outer ring of the pulley is adjusted to ensure optimum contact with the supporting section of the hoisting assembly. The position of the RKS pulley on the supporting section of the hoisting assembly before welding the pulley is determined by the openings provided in the back face of the pulley body. The inside of the pulley is sealed off by a non-contact metal labyrinth sealing, resistant to damage. The RKS pulleys are supplied prelubricated with permanent plastic lubricant to last throughout the life of the pulley.
