Stud type track rollers by SLB form a compact bearing assembly unit capable of supporting relatively high radial load while being simultaneously exposed to axial or impact load. The outside surface of the outer ring is modified so that, when in contact with the track, no edge load results. The pulleys are supplied either feature a robust design with a full complement of rollers or a cage for high operating speed applications. The inside of the pulleys is prelubricated with lifetime plastic lubricant and sealed off by either a simple sealing labyrinth, as in Fig. 1a), 2 or a non-contact metal labyrinth sealing resistant to damage, as in Fig. 1b), 3, 4. The pulleys can be supplied featuring a design facilitating additional lubrication during their operation, as can be seen in Fig. 2, 3, 4. Easy attachment of the pulley to the frame is facilitated by cylindrical surface “ØC” and thread “M” of the pin. Eccentric pin or eccentric sleeve pressed onto the pin allows exposure of the pulley in the radial direction. To this purpose an embossed hexagonal is made in the face of the pin.
