Material of bearing parts

Main parts of SLB bearings are made of quality alloyed direct hardening or case-hardening steels. If required by the customer, SLB bearings can also be made of special materials, e.g. tool steels and stainless steels. Another possibility is the production of hybrid bearings with ceramic rolling elements. SLB bearing cages are made of a wide range of materials including plastics, nonferrous metals and steels.
