Válečková ložiska s jednodílnou klecí jsou určena pro náročné případy uložení, kdy je požadována vysoká únosnost a tuhost ložiska. Klece těchto ložisek jsou vyrobeny třískovým obráběním, jsou jednodílné, tedy bez spojovacích elementů, takže mohou dobře odolávat případným vibracím v uložení. Klece jsou zpravidla mosazné, vedené na vnitřním kroužku ložiska. Vnější kroužek ložiska s klecí a válečky tvoří nerozebíratelný polocelek. Ložiska mohou být dodávána s mazacímí drážkami na čelech kroužků.


Cylindrical roller bearings with one-piece cage are intended for demanding applications where high carrying capacity and rigidity are required. Cages of these bearings are produced by cutting operations. They are solid without connecting elements and therefor capable of withstanding possible vibrations in arrangements. Cages are generally made of brass and guided on inner ring. Outer ring of the bearing creates together with the cage inseparable subunit. Bearings can be supplied with lubricating grooves on the rings' faces.


Zylinderrollenlager mit einteiligem Käfig sind für komplizierte Lagerungsfälle bestimmt, bei welchen hohe Tragzahl und Steifheit des Lagers benötigt wird. Der Käfig dieses Lagers ist durch abspanendes Formen gefertigt, ist einteilig, ohne Verbindungselemente, und kann also gut eventuellen Vibrationen in der Lagerung widerstehen. Es handelt sich in der Regel um Messing - Käfige, die eine Innenringführung besitzen. Der Außenring des Lagers bildet mit Käfig und Zylinderrollen eine unzerlegbare Einheit. Die Lager können mit Schmiernuten auf der Stirn des Ringes geliefert werden.
