Opěrné kladky SLB jsou určeny zejména pro zařízení na výrobu a další zpracování válcovaného materiálu, zejména plechu. Kladky mohou být dodávány s rovnou nebo zakřivenou vnější plochou, která zlepšuje rozložení zatížení působícího na kladku. Vnitřní kroužky ložisek jsou opatřeny rozváděcí drážkou pro mazání a mazacími otvory. Ložiska jsou dodávána buďto v plnoválečkovém provedení nebo s masivní klecí. Ložiska v plnoválečkovém provedení jsou určena pro zachycování značných radiálních sil při relativně nižších otáčkách. Ložiska v provedení dle obr.1 jsou opatřena bezkontaktním o celovým labyrintovým těsněním s vysokou těsnící schopností, ložiska dle obr.2 mají pouze radiální labyrint, ložiska dle obr.3 jsou opatřena těsněním z termoplastického elastomeru. Ložiska jsou dodávána v normálním nebo zvýšeném stupni přesnosti - do P5.

SLB yoke type track rollers are designed for the production and further processing of rolled material, in particular sheet metal. The yoke type track rollers can be supplied with a flat or spherical outside surface to enhance the distribution of the load acting on the pulley. The inner rings of bearings are fitted with a lubricant distribution groove and lubrication holes. The bearings are either supplied with a full complement of rollers or with a massive cage. The bearings with the full complement of rollers are designed for supporting considerable radial forces at a relatively low speed. The bearings with the design as shown in Fig. 1 are fitted with a non-contact sealing metal labyrinth, providing a high level of retention, bearings according to picture 2 are equipped just with radial labyrinth, bearings according to picture 3 are equipped with the seal made of thermoplastic elastomer. The bearings are supplied in a standard or higher tolerance classes - up to P5.

SLB Stütz-Rollen sind vor allem für Anlagen für Erzeugung und weitere Verarbeitung gewalzten Materials, vor allem Blechs bestimmt. Rollen können mit gerader oder gekrümmter Außenfläche geliefert werden, die die Verteilung der auf die Rolle wirkenden Belastung verbessert. Lager-Innenringe sind mit Verteiler-Nute und Nippeln ausgestattet. Lager werden entweder in Vollrollen-Ausführung oder mit massivem Käfig geliefert. Lager in Vollrollen-Ausführung sind zur Aufnahme erheblicher radialer Kräfte bei relativ niedrigerer Drehzahl bestimmt. Lager in Ausführung wie in Bild 1 werden mit kontaktloser Labyrinth-Stahl-Dichtung mit hoher Dichtungs-Fähigkeit ausgestattet, Lager gem. Bild 2 haben nur ein radiales Labyrinth, Lager gem. Bild 3 sind mit einer Dichtung aus thermoplastischem Elastomer ausgestattet Lager werden in normalem oder erhöhtem Genauigkeitsgrad geliefert - bis P5.
